At Ans Traders, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction by delivering genuine and quality agricultural products. Please read our return policy carefully before placing an order.
General Return Conditions
If a product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete at the time of delivery, you must contact us within the applicable return window. Eligibility for return or refund depends on the product category, condition, and verification upon delivery.
Before purchasing any product, customers are advised to carefully review product details, eligibility criteria, and delivery charges. Please proceed with the purchase only if you agree to these terms.
Non-Returnable Conditions
- Products marked as non-returnable on the product page are not eligible for return.
- Fertilizers and pesticides are NOT eligible for return if the product is correct and in acceptable condition at the time of delivery.
- Products returned due to “no longer needed” or change of mind are not eligible, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- This return policy does not apply to overseas products.
Seeds & Hybrid Seeds
For seeds or hybrid seeds, any issues reported after usage or after the return window expires will be handled according to the manufacturer’s or brand’s warranty policy, where applicable. Ans Traders does not guarantee crop results as outcomes depend on soil, climate, and farming practices.
Valid Reasons for Return
A return request may be accepted only under the following conditions:
- Damaged or Defective Product
- Product is physically damaged, broken, or defective at the time of delivery.
- Incorrect or Incomplete Product
- Product delivered does not match the description on the website.
- Product is missing parts or items.
- “No Longer Needed” Returns
- Accepted only for selected products clearly marked as eligible.
- Includes change of mind, dissatisfaction after opening, or incorrect size (where applicable).
Important Notes
- All return requests are subject to inspection and approval.
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging (where applicable).
- Failure to report issues within the return window may result in rejection of the claim.
